If you pull the glovebox and remove the cabin filter, you can see into the blower housing and reach in there and turn the fan to see if it's seized or stiff.To fix it, I physically pushed the wires back into the harness and then undid the way the wires were wired from the factory. This eased the tension in the wires so they don't pull out anymore.
