It does change some armors on NPCs so if the mod is removed, they could end up naked and doing a "resetinventory" doesn't always work. I've installed and removed it mid-game with no issues other than naked NPCs. But Book has some fantastic mashups that are just wow.UUNP and CBBE are now about even, UUNP may even have a few more than CBBE does in terms of newer armor but there are still a bunch of old armors from 2012/2013 that haven't been converted from CBBE to UUNP.
