It's a matchup chart made by Tea and 4 other pacman mains (including the ginko combo ginko). Pikachu can use more tjolts and has a bit more range on moves like upair as well as being able to quick attack for whiff punishing landing sword aerials. Pichu gets most kills offstage and Game and Watch is hard to edgeguard. On top of that Pichu and Game and Watch are 13 units apart in weight which is pretty big deal.
