Currently the Saiga-9 is the most useless weapon, mostly due to it's 10-round capacity making it half as useful as any 9mm pistol. I know that officially the civilian version comes with a restricted 10-round magazine but as a lawless Scav surely the first thing I'd do is take the restriction pin out or find a PP19-01 ....
