May 10, 2011. #3. Im sure it is much easier to get into UNLV if you are a Nevada resident. I can't remember the exact numbers, but when i interviewed they said that out of the 100 nevada applicants 50 were accepted. So if that is correct nevada residents have much better odds of getting accepted.
