They explain about 60-70% what's in the 100 pg document. I can't read just bullet points. Then copy and paste certain sentences from summary with cloze deletions. This way (1) making my own cards and (2) I have a subsection of the 86 pager on the bottom where I can see the bigger picture.

I would suggest getting OpenStax (free and recommended by AAMC) Psychology and Sociology and having those read out loud.
