This doesn't sound like a BLTouch issue to me. When I faced similar issues, one of the below fixed it: Use the paper method to level the bed initially and then attempt to calculate the probe Z-offset. Tighten the Eccentric Nut on the bed. I found that my bed had minor wobble, so leveling kept giving me random results.. Fade jake paul haircut
