They "proc" rate for this is super super low, and it was meant to be that way on purpose, because it is an exile map recipe, and they wanted us to "work for it" to "earn it" so to speak. But,alas, I do agree. If you're level 60 and out of feat points then there's still a way. You need to collect and use Fragments of Power. Using one these will give you 10 additional feat points. Since Firebowl Cauldron only cost 3 feat points 1 Fragment is all you need. Check your inventory, you may already have one.Here's one of the locations we've found Purple Lotus growing.
