I have the same problem. However, my user ID is correct AND the same as my DirecTV login. My mail account was blocked and the password subsequently reset last week. Outlook 365, which supports Oauth, will not connect with POP or IMAP. I can however log in to the web page and read my mail there. I am consistently redirected to the DirecTV page ....
