Great service. Very nice and clean rooms. Pool area is the best of any Disney property. I would suggest the sail boat ride - worth the extra price. The Lua was only so so. A lot of people ask me about getting leis at the airport when they arrive, but Aulani starts your trip off right with a fresh flower lei greeting upon arrival.
